Description

You will develop advanced statistical methodologies to analyze customer problems and drive product quality forecasting. You own the full analytics chain from data extraction to visualization.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from databases to develop specialized analytical methodologies and statistical models.
• Implement forecasting models for product quality and reliability using Weibull and other advanced techniques.
• Build complete analytics chains including data transformation, structuring, modeling, and visualization.
• Apply predictive modeling to forecast failure rates, warranty costs, and financial initiatives.
• Provide performance charting and data-driven insights to Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience applying statistical principles to recognize patterns in data files.
• Proficiency in Python and open-source R-studio.
• Experience with Weibull analysis and advanced statistical modeling.
• Ability to develop algorithms and artificial intelligence through experimentation and data discovery.
• NLP and general analytical skills.
• Strong analytical skills for drawing logical conclusions and recommending suitable statistical approaches.
• BS degree in mathematics, technical, data science, or a business-related discipline with a statistical emphasis.

Preferred Skills

• MS degree in a relevant field.
• Automotive industry experience or knowledge.
