Description

You will own the data analysis lifecycle to drive operational improvements and support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and customer metrics to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Develop and apply data models to optimize data collection and analysis workflows.
• Perform data cleansing, optimization, and ETL processes for on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
• Bridge technical and business teams by translating data findings into actionable strategies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data research and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SPSS.
• Competency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization.
• Experience collecting data from Azure and Salesforce.
• Strong statistical analysis and algebraic skills for manipulating large, complex datasets.
• Experience with AI, ML, and cognitive service engine models.
• Ability to document processes and build data models effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Deep domain knowledge in Health, Business, or Education.
• Experience with API development, Sitecore, or project management.
