Description

You will analyze multiple data sources to improve digital government services, optimize data collection, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer metrics to fulfill business goals and improve functionality.
• Develop and apply data models to optimize data collection and analysis workflows.
• Perform data cleansing, optimization, and ETL processes for large, complex datasets.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify KPIs, perform gap analysis, and execute ROI analysis to track program effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of measurable experience in data research and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Scala.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft, Azure, and Salesforce platforms.
• Expertise in machine learning, AI, and cognitive service engine models.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets using statistical analysis and algebra.
• Experience with analytics software including GA, GTM, SPSS, and Excel.
• Strong background in quantitative and qualitative data management.
