You will use data to uncover actionable business and customer insights through modeling and analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Clean, process, and analyze large datasets using Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Build and maintain predictive models and business intelligence dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that support customer-centric decisions.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience building predictive models.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PySpark, XGBoost, lifelines, and Matplotlib.
• Experience with statistical software and database querying languages.
• Knowledge of Frequentist and Bayesian statistics, forecasting, machine learning, NLP, causal inference, and optimization.
• Experience using version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data storage best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline.
• Hands-on experience using data science to drive customer or business outcomes.
