• Frame and solve optimization problems in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Apply statistics and mathematical techniques to drive operational decisions.
• Implement optimization models using linear programming, integer programming, or heuristic methods.
• Communicate technical insights and approaches in a simple, actionable manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to solve problems independently or as part of a group.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of practical experience solving optimization problems in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with applied statistics and mathematics.
• Expertise in optimization tools including linear programming, integer programming, or heuristic methods.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong command of SQL and Git.
• Solid foundation in statistics.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS.
• Educational background in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
