Description

You will apply data science methods to transportation modeling problems, including predictive modeling and spatial analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and build predictive models using statistical techniques.
• Model complex transportation behavior, mode choice, and land use interactions.
• Process and utilize spatial data within GIS environments.
• Quantify uncertainty in modeling outcomes.
• Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with transportation modeling frameworks such as ActivitySim, TransCAD, Cube, or VISUM.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning principles.
• Familiarity with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data processing.
• Experience with Data Analysis methodologies.
