Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Design, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models for tasks including classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and interpret model outputs.
• Implement model monitoring, versioning, and retraining strategies to ensure performance and reliability.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, model development, automation, and integration with APIs and data platforms.
• Apply MLOps practices to streamline model lifecycle management, including CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Leverage cloud-based ML services such as GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, and Azure ML for scalable experimentation and deployment.
• Document methodologies, model assumptions, and results for transparency and stakeholder communication.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, model building, and automation
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms, especially GCP Vertex AI, plus AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
• Knowledge of MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights
• Understanding of machine learning tasks: classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses (nice-to-have)
• Collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Documentation and reporting skills for methodologies, assumptions, and results
