You will build predictive analytics and behavioral models to transform health data into actionable insights.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to identify early signs of cognitive decline, emotional distress, and disengagement.
• Build behavioral analytics models to understand patterns of user interaction and engagement.
• Design and deploy personalization algorithms suggesting relevant cognitive exercises, social activities, or community groups.
• Create data dashboards for product teams, researchers, and caregivers to track user trends and engagement.
• Work with academic and healthcare research partners to validate models against cognitive science findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science.
• Data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Data exploration and cleaning.
• Data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience with health or behavioral data is preferred.
• Any Graduate degree.
