You will design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs and NLP applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Conduct research on state-of-the-art LLM techniques and develop novel algorithms.
• Preprocess and engineer features from large-scale textual datasets for NLP tasks.
• Optimize and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement of data science processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Extensive experience in conversational NLP systems.
• Experience in SLM adaptor fine-tuning, SFT training, and SLM pruning (base and instruct models).
• Experience with retriever frameworks for Q and A bots.
• Experience in contrastive learning and graph learning-based embedding methods with heterogeneous features.
• Strong critical reasoning skills and experience with data-centric NLP/NLI systems.
• Proficiency with LLMs and GenAI.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
