Description

You will manage the MRC compliance database and documentation systems, ensuring data integrity and delivering performance reports to management.

Responsibilities

• Architect, maintain, and manage MRC database systems as a centralized repository for test results and reports.
• Integrate diverse systems and documentation types into a searchable database using programming or commercial tools.
• Troubleshoot database issues, oversee installation, and enforce security protocols.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and external vendors to acquire material and component documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or database management within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Database Management Systems (DBMS) and data storage systems.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and prioritizing competing tasks.
• Basic programming skills for data integration and workflow automation.
• Understanding of FMD systems, Agile methodologies, and biocompatibility review processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with predictive analytics.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with biocompatibility documentation and regulatory compliance workflows.
