Description

You will act as the analytics lead for assigned therapeutic areas, managing issue triage and reducing dependency on study leads.

Responsibilities

• Execute statistical analysis plans and support clinical trial endpoint strategies through design consultation.
• Own the analytical components of reports describing study outcomes and methods, providing specifications to researchers.
• Translate business needs into Real World Evidence (RWE) project concepts and collaborate with HEOR scientists on study protocols.
• Present study results and contribute to the writing and publishing of scientific presentations.
• Manage timelines within a complex matrix structure and maintain cross-functional working relationships to oversee analytical team problem-solving.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Statistics or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in SAS, SQL programming, R, or Python.
• Ability to incorporate production code macros into studies.
• Experience applying advanced scientific and analytical methods.
• Proven ability to execute programming assignments and solve technical issues independently.
• Skill in presenting complex research and data clearly to stakeholders.
• Capacity to perform urgent analyses with short turnaround times.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in Statistics or a closely related discipline.
• Experience analyzing large medical claims datasets.
• Professional training in a healthcare field or experience in UNIX/Hadoop environments.
