Description

You build and refine forecasting models to drive operational planning and resource allocation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and transform data while adhering to privacy policies.
• Build, maintain, and refine workforce forecasting models for business trends.
• Translate forecasts into actionable staffing and scheduling recommendations.
• Present insights via visualizations, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess AI automation impact on support capacity.

Required Skills

• 4+ years in data science, forecasting, or workforce analytics (Bachelor's) OR 2+ years (Master's).
• Proficiency in statistical techniques and managing structured/unstructured data.
• Expertise in scaling workforce forecasting models.
• Ability to write efficient, readable, extensible code following engineering practices.
• Experience handling data leakage, bias/variance tradeoffs, and methodological limitations.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
