You will drive analytics innovation by applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to complex business problems within clinical development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scope use cases for Machine Learning and AI across R&D.
• Manage and execute analytic needs for clinical trials, supporting end-to-end trial execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and design analytical work products.
• Support the creation of RBQM deliverables, KRIs/QTLs, and study-specific reports.
• Lead the establishment of design principles to ensure analytical work product consistency across projects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of analytics experience in a clinical research environment (Pharma, Biotech, or CRO).
• Proficiency in R and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with visual analytics tools such as Spotfire or Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML, including determining appropriate application for ML/AI.
• Experience handling Phase II and Phase III clinical trial data from start-up to close-out.
• Familiarity with regulatory adherence, including GxP, ICH Guidelines, and SOPs.
• Experience with Risk Management and RBQM processes.
