You will drive data science initiatives to optimize ad delivery systems, focusing on advertiser performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the app ads delivery stack to improve advertiser performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad measurement, delivery, and ranking systems.
• Analyze ambiguous problem spaces and develop technical solutions.
• Build and refine ML systems to enhance ad performance and user experience.
• Contribute to scalable and efficient analytics and ad delivery solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of work experience in analytics (or 4+ years with a Ph.D.).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience with data querying languages, specifically SQL.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python.
• Strong technical skills working with ML systems.
• Ability to operate effectively in a technically complex, ambiguous environment.
