Description

Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from pipeline optimization to deploying scalable models. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, mentor junior staff, and ensure data integrity across all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and build predictive models using statistical methods and machine learning.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and database structures for reliable data flow.
• Build and deploy data-driven solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools for internal and external users.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership on data architecture and best practices.
• Present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques including clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods such as regression, distributions, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience building applications using Shiny, Dash, Flask, or Streamlit.
• Solid understanding of relational and dimensional databases.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geospatial data, geocoding, or network analysis (Neo4j).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience conducting workshops or training sessions on data methodologies.
