You will drive data strategy and build analytical solutions to uncover business opportunities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets for product capabilities, collaborating with engineering.
• Execute analytical experiments to solve problems across various domains.
• Identify and mine relevant structured and unstructured datasets to meet client business needs.
• Devise and utilize algorithms to mine big-data stores, performing data and error analysis to improve models.
• Implement analytical models, including LLMs and agentic AI solutions, into production with software developers.

Required Skills

• Three or more years of experience in data science or proven equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and generative AI (LLMs, transformers).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks including LangChain and OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
• Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala or Databricks.
• Experience using business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and operations research.
• Strong math skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 10+ years in data science or related fields.
• Experience managing long-term data strategy initiatives.
