You will build predictive models and analytical tools to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from subject matter experts into functional predictive models.
• Develop text classification tools using natural language processing to automate manual document reviews.
• Evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of new data sources and gathering techniques.
• Build processes and tools to monitor and analyze ongoing model performance.
• Communicate findings and insights through data visualization techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python/R and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Regression Analysis, and Predictive Modeling.
• Strong background in Hypothesis Testing and Natural Language Processing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Strong mathematics and statistics background.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models and machine learning product system design.
• Proficiency in model documentation and model governance.
