Lead a team of data scientists to develop workflows and solve complex problems through data analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the growth and performance of a group of data scientists.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows for the data science team in collaboration with researchers.
• Write high-quality Python code and maintain clear documentation within Jupyter Notebooks.
• Analyze free datasets to formulate solutions for business issues and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist Lead or Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in Python programming and data science.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of at least five employees.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in writing clear reasoning and code in Jupyter Notebooks.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and conversational English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SQL.
