Description

Lead a data science team to solve complex business problems and implement efficient workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the growth and performance of a data science team of at least five employees.
• Develop and implement data science workflows in collaboration with researchers.
• Write high-quality Python code and documentation within Jupyter Notebooks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to peers.
• Communicate complex technical findings and practical data analysis to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total experience as a Data Scientist Lead or Manager.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming and data science.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of at least five employees.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with researchers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and conversational English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SQL.
