What's the Job?

• Design and develop advanced data science models to support customer personalization and loyalty initiatives.
• Apply statistical science, causal inference, and AI techniques to generate actionable insights from customer data.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable science solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development of machine learning systems, ensuring production-quality deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to the evolution of Gen AI and causal ML capabilities within the organization.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of applied data science experience with a focus on customer analytics or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications, including fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with causal ML and inference methods such as CATE, DiD, or matching techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git, with experience using Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business audiences.
