Description

Design and deploy advanced data science models for customer personalization, loyalty, and Gen AI initiatives. You will lead end-to-end machine learning development, ensuring production-quality deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable machine learning systems using statistical science, causal inference, and AI techniques.
• Apply Generative AI methods including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Implement causal ML inference methods such as CATE, DiD, and matching techniques.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive the evolution of Gen AI and causal ML capabilities within the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied data science experience, focusing on customer analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications and LLM workflows.
• Strong understanding of causal inference and statistical modeling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading end-to-end ML system deployment and monitoring.
• Background in customer loyalty and personalization strategies.
