Build and deploy machine learning models to drive business decision-making through advanced statistical analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists by sharing best practices and fostering continuous learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning and NLP.
• Experience with MLOps in Databricks, specifically model registration and evaluation.
• Experience building AI Agents and integrating them into reasoning models.
• Knowledge of Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol, Azure AI Agent Service, or Dapr.
• Ability to implement AI platform capabilities such as constraints, monitoring, and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
