Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist , you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand their needs, gather and prepare data, and build predictive models that deliver actionable insights. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to optimize their operations, improve customer engagement, and gain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python and related libraries to address specific business challenges for our clients.

- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that ensure data quality and accessibility for model training and deployment.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform model development and business strategy for stakeholders.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on model design to improve accuracy and generalization for real-world applications.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and deep learning, and apply new techniques to improve our solutions.

- Contribute to the development of best practices for data science and machine learning within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement machine learning models using Python and related libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Proven experience in data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation using tools like Pandas and NumPy.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure, for model deployment and management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
