Description

You will develop and deploy machine learning models using Python to solve complex business problems. You will own the full lifecycle from data preparation to model evaluation and stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models using Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Design data pipelines with data engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and inform business strategy.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate for better generalization.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python with libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, regression, classification, and clustering.
• Experience deploying and managing models on Azure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning techniques.
