Description

You will build and deploy predictive and event-based models to drive targeted marketing communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and trigger-based models using transaction data, demographics, and behavioral signals.
• Lead the design and execution of machine learning models to achieve specific business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage the data science backlog and translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business insights.
• Mentor junior data scientists and explore new data science methodologies and technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and PyTorch.
• Strong experience with SQL and Spark ML.
• Experience deploying end-to-end ML models in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Ability to visualize data using Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.
• Experience handling structured, unstructured, and digital marketing data.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI roadmap development in marketing domains.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar digital marketing tools.
