Responsibilities

• Extract and optimize large-scale ticketing data stored in Hadoop.
• Recommend the optimal data approach for analysis.
• Deliver data solutions under tight timelines.
• Develop hands-on data science and development workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or related development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience with Hadoop.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience handling large-scale ticketing data.
