Manage data-driven initiatives within the Institutional Effectiveness department to support organizational goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze institutional data to support effectiveness goals and decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity across departmental systems and processes.
• Execute data-driven projects as assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key metrics.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of data findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and management techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Strong ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ.
• Experience with data-driven project execution.
• Ability to maintain high standards of data integrity.
