Lead cross-functional AI/ML initiatives, driving enterprise-wide AI vision and strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end model development for pricing, demand forecasting, and elasticity estimation.
• Productionize models in Azure ML and Databricks and contribute to CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps.
• Implement prescriptive analytics using optimization techniques like Linear Programming or Reinforcement Learning.
• Design and execute A/B tests or quasi-experiments to measure revenue and pricing uplift impact.
• Maintain feature stores, model monitoring workflows, and drift checks using MLflow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience delivering production-grade ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost) and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Spark/Delta and Azure ML, Databricks, and MLflow.
• Strong understanding of experimental design, statistical testing, and causal inference basics.
• Experience with time series forecasting, price elasticity modeling, and panel data techniques.
• Familiarity with model transparency frameworks like SHAP and LIME.
• Ability to write modular, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with linear and mixed-integer programming; exposure to OR-Tools or Gurobi.
• Skilled in stakeholder alignment and communicating technical trade-offs to executive audiences.
