Description

You will build and maintain AI solutions for legal professionals, focusing on LLMs, advanced search, and retrieval-augmented generation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve AI solutions using LLMs to analyze legal and regulatory changes.
• Build semantic and hybrid search capabilities to identify content impacted by new case law.
• Implement and test agentic or multi-agent LLM workflows for research and drafting.
• Participate in model evaluation, prompt refinement, and quality checks to improve accuracy.
• Analyze case law and legislation to assist in updating impacted content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Generative AI and NLP techniques.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector-based retrieval.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with data pipelines or ML workflows.
• Experience deploying and managing AI solutions on AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience collaborating with legal experts and product leaders.
