You will build and maintain AI-driven platforms and predictive models to drive data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Gather and clean data from various sources by removing errors and standardizing formats.
- Perform exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques and visualizations to identify patterns.
- Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast outcomes or classify data.
- Translate complex results into actionable insights via reports, dashboards, or presentations.
- Deploy models into production systems and monitor performance over time.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, machine learning, and AI.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Hands-on experience with big data tools including Spark and Hadoop.
- Ability to work with any graduate degree level.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced SQL and Python for analytics, ETL, and automation.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing, pipeline orchestration, and dashboarding via Streamlit.
- Knowledge of reproducible analytics using versioning and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with healthcare data (claims, pharmacy, PA & appeals) and regulatory contexts like CMS, NCQA, or ERISA.
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices.
