You will build and maintain AI-driven platforms and predictive models to drive data-driven decision making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clean data from various sources by removing errors and standardizing formats.
• Perform exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques and visualizations to identify patterns.
• Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast outcomes or classify data.
• Deploy models into production systems and monitor performance over time.
• Translate complex results into actionable insights via reports, dashboards, or presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, machine learning, and AI.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools including Spark and Hadoop.
• Ability to work with any graduate degree level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, pipeline orchestration, and dashboarding via Streamlit.
• Knowledge of reproducible analytics using versioning and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with healthcare data (claims, pharmacy, PA & appeals) and regulatory contexts like CMS, NCQA, or ERISA.
