You will develop and maintain AI systems using advanced data science, focusing on responsible AI practices and security testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Communicate AI methods, including Generative AI and traditional ML, to legal, compliance, and development teams.
• Document findings, create reports, and present results to stakeholders.
• Design job aids and guidance documentation for responsible AI best practices.
• Develop Python scripts to automate testing and analyze results.
• Identify vulnerabilities related to PII/PHI exposure and assist in designing Red Team testing scenarios for conversational AI systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, applied statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience with the full ML system development, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle.
• 5+ years working with advanced NLP models and methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Python and ML frameworks including scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy.
• Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large language models or conversational AI systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and adversarial testing methodologies.
