Drive data science initiatives across the machine learning lifecycle, owning end-to-end system development, deployment, and maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the full machine learning system development, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle.
• Develop and apply advanced NLP models and methodologies to solve complex business problems.
• Apply strong analytical thinking to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Communicate technical findings and model performance clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ML system development, deployment, and maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience working with advanced NLP models and methodologies.
• 5+ years of professional experience using Python and ML frameworks.
• Expertise with Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy.
• Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development.
• BS degree or equivalent experience in computer science, applied mathematics, or applied statistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
