You will develop advanced engine performance condition trend monitoring algorithms and diagnostic solutions for turbine engines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze steady state and transient engine trend data to support engineering studies and field investigations.
• Perform performance deterioration studies for engines operating in service.
• Develop and implement scripts, algorithms, machine learning models, and data clustering techniques within relational databases for advanced diagnostics and prognostics.
• Implement and maintain analytic dashboards and Power BI solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, mechanical, aerospace, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, C++, C#, or MATLAB.
• Experience with Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and data visualization using Excel, Power BI, Databricks, and AWS Lambda.
• Comfort with collaborative development using source code control (git) and CI/CD deployments.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in communicating in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon AWS and Databricks cloud-based deployments.
• Experience in turbomachinery performance modeling (e.g., SOAPP, FAST, NPSS).
