Description

You will develop and implement machine learning and natural language processing algorithms to analyze large datasets and build products for analysts and investors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML and NLP models to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Perform data mining and pre-processing to prepare datasets for modeling.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from inception through deployment and post-deployment validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SMEs and developers, to translate datasets into actionable strategies.
• Communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a data science role with ML and NLP exposure.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proficiency with ML and NLP libraries.
• Experience in data mining, preprocessing, and model development.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning techniques and their practical applications.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• Experience with cloud computing services.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of financial research or experience in the financial services industry.
