Description

You will develop computer vision models to power autonomous robot inventory scanners and design scalable recognition systems for retail applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning algorithms for object detection, recognition, segmentation, and tracking.
• Design, implement, and deliver computer vision software systems for retail business applications.
• Build scalable solutions for recognition problems and continuously improve existing algorithm performance.
• Drive the development of computer vision algorithms and software applications on cloud or edge infrastructures.
• Serve as a technical lead, collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building Computer Vision or Machine Learning models in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Deep expertise in Computer Vision, including object detection, image classification, segmentation, and video analysis.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, image processing, and pattern recognition.
• Solid grasp of probability and statistical models, including generative and descriptive models.
• Ability to run scientific experiments and analyze results.
• Experience with algorithms and distributed computing.
• Master's degree with 3 years of industrial experience or a PhD with 1 year of industrial experience.
