Description

Develop and deploy machine learning and data science solutions from proof of concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model development on large datasets.
• Apply prediction, classification, clustering, NLP, and multimodal AI techniques.
• Utilize traditional ML and GenAI LLM approaches to solve business problems.
• Track experiments, metrics, and model versions using MLflow.
• Collaborate with data and AI engineers to integrate models into production platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Experience with Databricks and Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, including AWS Bedrock.
• Experience tracking experiments and managing model lifecycles with MLflow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments with exposure to production model deployment patterns.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI and model governance principles.
• Client-facing or consulting experience.
