You will build predictive risk models and drive data-driven strategies through advanced analysis.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze data from internal and external sources.
• Develop predictive models to address risk and other business use cases.
• Build A/B testing campaign frameworks and evaluate model quality.
• Coordinate with teams to implement and measure data-driven strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Proficiency working within a Databricks environment.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques.
• Strong grasp of advanced statistical analysis and its application to large datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM).
• Experience working with healthcare data.
