Lead data-driven architectures and supervise data science and analytics client projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design application infrastructure to support recommendation engines and app intelligence.
• Develop algorithms for content feeds, trending insights, and user interest matching.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to develop, iterate, and prioritize model releases.
• Facilitate Scrum processes, including iteration planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of industry experience developing machine learning models with business impact.
• Proficiency in Python, Numpy, and Pandas.
• Deep understanding of AI, statistics, and machine learning, specifically recommendation systems, search, and deep learning.
• Experience productionizing machine learning models in the cloud, preferably GCP or AWS.
• Practical experience running Scrum processes.
• Degree (B.Tech, B.E, B.S., M.S., or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Economics, or a quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale user impact projects.
