Description

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to optimize patient scheduling processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and preprocess data sources to identify relationships, correlations, and ensure data quality.
• Build and implement machine learning models using advanced algorithms to address scheduling challenges.
• Conduct feasibility checks and hypothesis testing to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Evaluate model performance using specific metrics and iterate on models to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Python notebooks for model development.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience in the healthcare domain and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
