Description

You will own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from building ETL pipelines to deploying machine learning models and dashboards that drive business decisions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and database structures to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop statistical models and machine learning solutions, including clustering, decision trees, and neural networks, to solve complex business problems.
• Create interactive dashboards and analytical tools using Shiny, Dash, Flask, or Streamlit for stakeholder consumption.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership on data product development and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, statistics, or computer science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and statistical methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, and distributions.
• Proven track record of building applications using Shiny, Dash, Flask, or Streamlit.
• Experience designing and optimizing relational and dimensional databases.
• Solid understanding of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geospatial data, geocoding, Neo4j, or network analysis.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
