You will analyze complex datasets and develop predictive models to drive business decisions through actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Extract, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to build high-quality datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions for business challenges.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
• Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and model performance metrics.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and controlled experimentation.
• Familiarity with search-related KPIs and instrumentation practices.
• Experience with big data techniques including Hadoop, MapReduce, or Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Statistical analysis experience using R, Python, or SAS.
• Exposure to querying tools such as Hive or Pig.
