You will build predictive models and derive actionable insights from large datasets to support strategic goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced data analytics techniques.
• Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders via dashboards, presentations, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Evaluate and improve model performance over time.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and big data tools including Spark, Hive, or Hadoop.
• Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
