Lead a multi-functional data science team to deliver analytical solutions and machine learning use cases across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee data science teams, providing guidance on methodology and approach.
• Translate business goals into analytical model designs and machine learning use cases.
• Develop, test, and validate multivariate predictive models from proof of concept to deployment.
• Own quality assurance of model results before embedding them into products.
• Communicate analysis, insights, and results to business partners and technical peers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in modeling, research, analytics, or actuarial science.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with .Net.
• Advanced knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and programming.
• Experience researching and using large data sets.
• Strong grasp of value creation and business model concepts.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Actuarial Science, or a related analytical STEM field.
