Description

You will own customer segmentation and acquisition analytics, developing and deploying AI/ML models to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Frame business problems into actionable data science projects and propose analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineers to deploy data products into production environments.
• Mentor data engineering and data analyst team members on best practices.
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing solutions such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Flask, Java, C++, or C# for deployment and integration.
• Strong working knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and A/B tests.
• Expertise in machine learning workflows, including feature engineering and algorithm optimization.
• Experience in customer segmentation and analyzing buying habits.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant environments.
• Experience with GCP AutoML, Knime, Stata, Spark ML, or deep learning toolkits.
