Manage predictive models and data pipelines for marketing audience targeting in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data pipelines and models, performing root cause analysis to resolve job failures and upstream data issues.
• Update and refresh models to reflect changes in customer behavior or business requirements.
• Refactor SQL and Python code to fix obsolete logic or resolve syntax errors during system migrations.
• Build new predictive models from scratch, focusing on propensity and unsupervised clustering.
• Translate model outputs and technical findings into clear explanations for strategic marketing partners.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in data mining and building statistical models.
• Proficiency in Python for model maintenance and code updates.
• Strong SQL skills for working within a Snowflake database semantic layer.
• Experience with clustering, decision trees, and random forest models.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on data pipeline failures.
• Experience with Snowflake, Dataiku, and Tableau.
• Background in building propensity models to analyze customer behavior.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DataRobot or PyCaret.
• Background in marketing or sales analytics.
