Description

You will develop and deploy machine learning models, including LLMs and RAG systems, to solve complex business problems. You will own the end-to-end analytics pipeline from data preprocessing to model production.

Responsibilities

• Translate data-driven business needs into effective analytical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, train, and deploy AI models, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Implement robust data analytics pipelines using Python to process and analyze large datasets.
• Experiment with and optimize new AI techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Communicate technical insights and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning tasks.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and general AI/ML techniques.
• Solid understanding of data analytics, preprocessing best practices, and data handling.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI models in production environments on cloud platforms.
• Certifications or prior experience working on AI projects with tangible business impact.
