Description

You will lead the technical development of analytics and decision support tools to model and predict user behavior and business metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build structures and processes for modeling, predicting, and classifying user behavior.
• Prepare data and data pipelines for model development.
• Evaluate new and existing data sources for effectiveness and accuracy in AI/ML models.
• Provide actionable recommendations and multimode communications to business stakeholders.
• Drive projects from initial conception to completion, even when faced with poorly scoped problem statements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with R, Python, and shell scripting.
• 2+ years of Python programming and product development experience.
• 2+ years of machine learning experience using real-world data.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques, algorithms, feature engineering, and selection.
• Experience with model tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in data mining and data analysis using structured and unstructured data sets.
• Experience building and implementing AI/ML models and running simulations.
• Familiarity with SDLC documentation, processes, and using LaTeX for authoring documents.
• Experience with Machine Learning and automation projects for plants and warehouses.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
