You will develop data-driven solutions to address business challenges through advanced modeling and analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom data models, algorithms, and predictive models to optimize customer experiences.
• Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of new data sources and gathering techniques.
• Build a company A/B testing framework and evaluate model quality.
• Create processes and tools to monitor model performance and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with functional teams to implement models and monitor real-world outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the IT Consultancy industry.
• Degree, Master’s, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL for data manipulation and insight extraction.
• Experience with statistical and data mining techniques including GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, and Trees.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms such as clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
• Strong understanding of advanced statistical concepts including properties of distributions and statistical tests.
• Experience with text mining and social network analysis.
• Ability to perform simulation, scenario analysis, and modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the energy sector.
