You will analyze talent, labor, and skills market data to predict future workforce needs and identify skill gaps.

Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple internal and external sources to inform workforce strategies.
• Design and implement data models and machine learning algorithms to derive insights on workforce transformation.
• Develop scalable frameworks for skills-led workforce planning and talent segmentation.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to define and monitor skills KPIs.
• Present complex analyses through visualizations tailored for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• Proficiency in Python (including pandas, sci-kit-learn, NumPy) or R.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks for workforce analysis and talent segmentation.
• Proven capability to simplify complex analyses for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in creating impactful data-driven insights.
